Did I just hear you say "awww" in disappointment? Yeah, I hear ya. Still, I have done the hard part (for me) and have completed the chain and have the correct number of stitches picked up. That took three tries (which chain? which chain is the first one? gah.)
It's going to be smooth, quick sailing from here.
If you picked August 1, 2, 3, or 4...too optimistic. Please come sit next to me. I like optimists.
If you picked August 5 or 6 or 7 or even 8...you might be in the zone. We'll have to see.
I almost called this post: The Sound of One Hand Clapping. I should, perhaps, get a little help with blog post titles.
And there's still time to enter to win...tour ends on Saturday...

I have been knooking for a little over a week and really love it. I think that I will really get the hang of it so hang in there!!
Still can't find the Knook at Walmart, any idea when it will hit the stores? It's not listed on their website either. I tried knitting again this week, to no avail. I'm just too clumsy working with 2 needles (as opposed to 1 crochet hook). I need me some Knooky! (My kid will love those gloves!)
So, how much does one of those Knooks cost? I've been anxious to try it.
Keep the faith, we are!
Come on, you can do it. We need to see both finished so we can make a pair when we get our knook.
I would love to learn to knook. Unfortunately I do not live near a Walmarts.
I am really looking forward to getting a Knook so I can make those cool combos of knit and crochet. Happy Knooking.
