So far I've managed to cast on, knit, purl, knit and purl to make a stockinette stitch (sounds like I have a clue, right?), and bind off. As you can tell, my road to knitting isn't without its bumps...literally. Still, I feel pretty good about any kind of progress at this point. I'm afraid to increase, decrease or do any yarn overing or other acrobatic stuff without supervision, so I'm going to rest my tongue (it pokes out when I'm in deep concentration as when I'm knitting AND purling).
