Sneak Peek: Chicken Buffet
We just got in printed samples for 3979 Chicken Buffet...A smorgasbord of 12 quilt blocks and recipes. (You have to get the entire title to "get" this one.) It's 12 applique chicken blocks with coordinating recipes. I bet you don't see those every day, right? And it's a funny quilt. My favorite is Stewed Chicken. He's had a little too much of the marinade if you know what I mean. This will always be my favorite team planning meeting too. It's not every job where you discuss photographing someone in a chicken suit. And then you actually do it. We're lucky that chicken didn't hurt himself riding the bicycle.
Oh and there are other "real" chicken poses...frying himself in the sun, manning the barbeque grill, and standing ready to catch fowl balls.
You really need to see it to believe it. It's avalable now.

This book looks like a hoot!
This is GREAT. I love the chicken on the bike, with the quilt cape! Very creative design. Rarely do you see such fun design associated with the quilting craft!
