It's hard to believe that it was just Saturday when I was out tromping around the daffodils at Garvan Gardens, sweat on my brow and ankles flapping in the breeze thanks to short pants suitable for 80 degrees, and now I'm free-eee-zing again, layered and looking for ice. It would be harder to believe if I hadn't lived here for 36 years and been through this once or twice before.
