The only part I saw, I got wrong

I've been telling people all day I only saw the intro to the Super Bowl. That is true. But I got my Michael Douglas and my Sam Elliott videos mixed up. And the fact that Michael Douglas is the narrator of this makes it even more sob-inducing. Maybe that's me. The Sam Elliott stuff was good, but I nearly shed a tear over this video.

I wanted to pledge allegiance to the flag and cheer on teams that I have no connection to...Just. Because. I'm. American. And we do that.

Don't ask me about Lea or Christina. I was a little less patriotic after their moments, but this video still chokes me up.
