After Mundane Jane kindly sent me the info on the annual Literary Festival sponsored by the Arkansas Literacy Council, I decided to carve out a little time to head down to the River Market. Of course, the beautiful weather meant that it was an easy decision to make. The most difficult thing about the River Market area is the parking...and that's on a normal Saturday. After some serious searching, I did manage to find a non-parallel parking spot. And take about a zillion photos. I also bought a book (haven't read it) and got a tote (haven't toted it yet). I could have spent the day...lots of reading and writing and the entire library right at hand...book heaven.
