Sort of. My stripes started out so well, but the match fell apart at the heel. Still, I'm hoping shoes will help that if these ever make a public debut. On the bright side, the second sock fits much better than the first sock so maybe I learned something good about sock-making.
Now...a hat, more socks, a sweater, back to the quilt...wonder what's next?
I'm headed out on a road trip with non-crafters. I will either make converts or I will look like crazy Aunt Maude with my knitting. Either way, I think I'm OK.
