Apparently you CAN make fairly good lasagna with very few real products. Who knew? Using low-fat, no-fat, skim-this, and otherwise chemically engineered cheeses, I made this entirely edible dish. All by myself. Yay me! And nothing caught on fire. Not even any smoke this time. I call that success.
