Look, it's a crochet hook. In my hand!

The other stash-busting thing I did this weekend was crochet a hat. The rumblings have begun around here for the Arkansas Children's Hospital Knitting for Noggins event. I saw my first hat last week.
And since I'm also not buying yarn this year, I had to find something in my stash to work through. I had this small ball of Crayon (maybe? Knit Picks yarn...) left from a sweater and found a hat pattern to double-crochet PDQ. It's a very floppy adult size. I need to find some kiddie sized patterns that don't have to be seamed when you're finished. Maybe I'll wander over to Knit and Crochet this afternoon...just in case this is a streak, not a one-time event.
